Tusker House Dinner

Had a nice buffet dinner in the park at Tusker House. Every food they had was tasty and exotic. Cous cous, tabooleh, hummus, mint yogurt cucumber salad, curries, rice, fried plantains, samosas, the list goes on. They had salmon and seafood stew that convinced me to go back for seconds! And in Disney style, the restaurant was gorgeous and themed like an open air market with waitstaff saying a few words of Swahili.
